The Okaloosa County School Board approved the creation of attendance boundaries for the new Pine View School and named Dr. Donna Kelly its principal. The board also approved a series of personnel recommendations, construction and facilities contracts, and adopted other routine business. A public commenter asked questions about a proposed employee financial app and district staff said a detailed rollout and education would accompany implementation.
