The O'Fallon Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval to the City Council of a conditional use permit allowing outdoor storage at 921–925 Highway K with a condition limiting stored material height, and approved a preliminary plat (Streets of Caledonia Plat 10) to split commercial lots into four lots. Several other items were tabled or withdrawn and the consent calendar and council updates were approved.
