The Oregon City Planning Commission held a lengthy hearing March 27, 2006 to consider three land‑use items: a 9‑lot subdivision (TP 0508 with WR 0541 and VR 0601) in the Park Place neighborhood; a concept master plan and conditional use for the Mountain View Reservoir Complex (City of Oregon City CP 05‑02 / CU 06‑02); and Clackamas Countys Red Soils campus concept master plan and conditional use (CP 05‑01 / CU 05‑03). The commission approved all three items, attaching conditions for infrastructure, landscaping and mitigation. The Red Soils approval included a detailed, phased traffic mitigation plan and payment schedule for county contributions to city and state highway improvements.
