The Vacaville City Council convened at 5 p.m. on Oct. 28, 2025, took roll call and adjourned into closed session. The council announced three closed-session items: conference with a labor negotiator concerning bargaining units and two conferences with the citys real property negotiator concerning Green Acres Nursery and Supply and Tower Investments. No members of the public spoke before the council recessed to closed session.
