The City of Roseville Planning Commission met Oct. 23, 2025. Commissioners approved consent minutes and unanimously recommended city council actions on three items: (1) adoption of the citys Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan (December 2023) by reference into the General Plan safety element to preserve eligibility for state disaster assistance; (2) an amendment to Roseville Municipal Code Title 19 to clarify objective definitions for kitchens, efficiency kitchens and wet bars so ADUs/JADUs and housing units are counted consistently; and (3) adoption of objective design standards for residential infill to address pedestrian safety, driveway consolidation and long blank walls. No members of the public spoke on these agenda items. Commissioner Rob Jensen was recognized for his service and the meeting was adjourned.
