The Broadwater County commissioners reopened the public portion of their meeting to consider an employee human-resources grievance. A commissioner moved to delegate the countys formal response to the grievance to the county attorneys office; another commissioner seconded the motion. No public comment was offered and the commissioners approved the delegation by voice vote.
