At its July 28, 2025 meeting, the Florissant City Council approved several ordinances and a parks grant resolution but voted against renewing the liquor license for Plush Lounge following extended debate about reported ordinance violations and the licensee’s record. Council also approved special-use permit transfers and a board appointment and heard mayoral announcements about upcoming community events.
