The Jacksonville Beach Community Redevelopment Agency met Oct. 27, 2025, approved year‑end appropriations for downtown and South End redevelopment districts, adopted newly required CRA performance standards, and approved an amendment to the South End plan. Staff provided updates on upcoming meetings, events, parking-lot construction, grant programs, public art and the status of a planned public-private parking (P3) procurement.
