City of South Pasadena Finance Commission met to approve routine consent items, elect leadership for through Dec. 31, 2026, and to receive a detailed presentation from finance staff on the FY2025–26 work plan including an ERP upgrade, audit schedule, budget process changes, purchasing policy updates and capital-improvement accounting cleanup.
