The council took votes to continue a zoning petition, accepted the final report of a pilot and new revenue subcommittee that recommended a formal pilot policy and technical assistance, and approved several special-permit and traffic‑sign petitions including two changes in petitioner for special permits and stop‑sign/Eversource petitions.
