Chair called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m., performed roll call (4 of 7 present) and administered oath to anyone who would give sworn testimony. Staff Greg Cannon and Nick Sugar and city solicitor Seth Markham were identified as appearing for the city.
The Hudson Planning Commission on July 14, 2025 denied a concept site plan for a proposed 21-unit townhome project on Owen Brown/Clinton Street over commissioners' concerns about density, stormwater and parking. The commission approved a conditional-use/site-plan for an office addition at Christ Community Chapel (with the requirement to add screening but not a sidewalk), and voted to recommend a zoning text amendment directing boarding kennels and veterinary facilities toward commercial districts with a 500-foot residential setback.
