At its October regular meeting, the Delaware Muncie Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals heard six variance and property-split requests and approved all six by unanimous roll-call votes (5-0). The board also received a planning office report with permitting totals through September, an update on MPO-sponsored projects including the Kitselman Trail phase 3, and a status update on a pond ordinance and a comprehensive zoning ordinance revision RFP.
