The Raytown Board of Aldermen met July 2, 2024. The board heard three public commenters about neighborhood safety and transportation, approved routine consent items, adopted a parking-ordinance update, approved several grant applications including a $24,200 parks tree-inventory grant and a push to apply for a federal RAISE transportation grant (up to $25 million), and authorized other regional grant submissions.
