The Elkhart Board of Public Safety met Oct. 14, 2025, to open procurement bids (including squad-car upfitting and multiple demolition projects), award three demolition contracts, approve departmental contracts for police radios and radio services, adopt a memorandum with Elkhart Community Schools on school safety officers, approve a fire department cancer-screening agreement, accept building reports and several minutes, and adjourn.
