The Baldwin Park City Council convened for a special meeting Thursday, Oct. 30, called the roll and, after hearing no requests for public comment, recessed into a closed session. Mayor Avila, Mayor Pro Tem Damien and Councilmember Ayala were present; Councilmembers Estrada and Lozano were absent. No votes or agenda items were discussed in open session before the recess.
