Recreation Centers of Sun City Incorporated (RCSC) held a town-hall–style meeting to present proposed revisions to the organizations bylaws, explain the process for submitting and reviewing member motions, and solicit member feedback. Board leaders described the working-group process, major changes (definitions, membership qualifications, voting methods, proxies, committee rules, hearing procedures, funds definitions and governance), and a timetable for readings and final votes. Members raised questions about PIF/SIF transfer fees for surviving spouses, proxy limits, hearing transparency, committee recordings and member outreach; the board said proposals will be reviewed by the bylaws working group and the associations attorney and scheduled for a first reading Oct. 29 and a second reading Nov. 10.
