Planning & Zoning Commission reviewed minor site plans for Plaza Shops and 11301 Olive Blvd (lighting, sculpture, shed) — approving the plaza plan and approving the Olive Blvd plan with conditions requiring removal of recently installed bollards and additional landscaping/screening; the commission held a public hearing on a proposed zoning text amendment to regulate electric vehicle charging stations and continued that hearing to Dec. 2 for further refinement; staff previewed proposed accessory-structure design standards and discussed launching an East Olive corridor review during the next comprehensive-plan update.
