Placer County Planning Commission met to hear staff reports, commissioner updates, public comment, and five hearing items including a continuance request for a Placer Vineyards development agreement amendment, a conditional use permit modification for Woodbridge Ranch (Lot 14/HOA Lot A minor boundary adjustment), the 2024 annual development agreement compliance review, a conditional use permit and zoning clearance for Twin Rocks Estate Winery (accessory restaurant and events), and an amendment to the Eagles Nest mine reclamation plan. The commission approved the Woodbridge modification, the annual development-agreement review, the Twin Rocks CUP and zoning clearance (with a modified condition limiting food service to parties who have a reservation that includes a wine tasting), the Eagles Nest reclamation amendment, and continued the Placer Vineyards item to Dec. 4, 2025.
