Sumner County Library Board heard more than an hour of public comment on a proposed Collection and Development Policy, debated a motion to approve the policy and tied 4-4 so the motion did not carry. The board elected a new chair (Erica) and approved a Memorandum of Understanding/business MOE submittal subject to budget review; committees and meeting dates were tabled for later action.
