Moraine Planning Commission met for about six minutes on Oct. 21 to nominate officers, approve minutes and unanimously approve a replat combining lots 5190 and 5191 into a single 1.7098-acre lot (new lot 5678) to allow construction of a Wawa convenience store and fueling station. Commissioners also asked about the status of a draft city ordinance on parking trailers, campers and RVs; staff said review is on hold until a planner returns.
