Moraine City Council discussed a multi-year community vision plan focused on a proposed splash pad at the Civic Center, related parking and demolition work, grant applications, and capital priorities for 2026–2027. Staff also reviewed seasonal community events including the Halloween party, Christmas Smiles toy program, and the Dec. 5 tree-lighting and movie night.
