Creve Coeur City Council held a regular meeting that included unanimous approval of a substitute zoning ordinance on signage, a first reading on amendments to the Olia Village plans to convert several private streets to public maintenance, acceptance/installation of neighborhood streetlights, a cooperative purchase of road salt, adoption of the 2026–2028 strategic plan and a motion to go into executive session on personnel.
