Chair Rhonda O'Brien called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. and completed roll call, noting several absences (Julie Levante and Mr. Builter) and confirming the presence of commissioners including Patashnick, Richter, Wang, Lumley, Jaggi, Moore and Bollinger.
The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a site development plan (application 25-018) to allow a six-foot horizontal wooden fence within a front-yard setback at 150 Executive Estates Drive with a requirement for a final landscaping plan for staff review. Staff also outlined dates for the plan update (consultant check-in Aug. 18, open house Sept. 29, draft to commission Oct. 20) and scheduled a preliminary review of the Olive Grazer site concept for Aug. 4; commissioners discussed possible new guidance on tall garden enclosures.
