The Legislative Administration Committee heard two study resolutions: HJ 38, a proposal to study public participation and the legislature's digital interfaces, which failed to be concurred in committee after debate and a conceptual amendment; and HJ 40, a study to examine whether the legislature should prepare fiscal notes, which the committee concurred in and sent forward to the floor.
