The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Peculiar met to consider a variance request for 355 Trackside Drive and handled routine city updates. The board approved a variance allowing personal storage, hobby car work and workshop use at the property with conditions restricting outside storage and commercial operation. Staff also announced a confirmed building permit for a Scooter’s Coffee and the hiring of a building inspector.
