The Port Authority of Evansville convened Nov. 3, 2025. Commissioners approved the Oct. 6 meeting memorandum and accepted accounts-payable vouchers dated Oct. 30, 2025. The board discussed a proposed amendment to the lease with Inland Marina — including an outstanding balance and who has financial responsibility after the Convention Bureau stopped payments — and staff said the amendment will be returned for approval at the Dec. 1 meeting.
