The board approved multiple zoning ordinances and city resolutions, heard public complaints about prolonged roadwork in Kedron/School Street/Kidron Square, authorized staff to begin a development-review software selection, and spent the work session on regional and local water-supply options including a reservoir feasibility study and an advanced purification pilot.
