The Homelessness Planning Council (HPC) heard federal funding updates from Office of Homeless Services staff, discussed contingency planning in case of major HUD program changes, reviewed a recommended pathway to compensate people with lived experience (CAB), adopted a 30-day legal-review practice for committee proposals, received updates from the Continuum of Care (CoC) and other committees, and reviewed HMIS data for September.
