The Minneapolis Planning Commission met on Nov. 3, 2025. The commission adopted the consent agenda, approved a right-of-way vacation at 4301 Lake Street East, approved a conditional-use-related site plan for 4109–4113 Sheridan Avenue South over strong neighborhood opposition, and recommended a citywide sign ordinance update (including a time-limited pause on new/converted billboards pending further policy work).
