The Middletown School District board held a short special meeting to approve revised educational specifications for the McDonough Elementary School renovation extension and to accept minutes from the Oct. 14 meeting. Board members moved, seconded and approved the revised specifications for submission to the Department of Administrative Services; the meeting included a roll call vote and a brief staff direction to file the application.
