The Town of Fort Myers Beach special magistrate held a code-enforcement hearing on Nov. 3, 2025. The magistrate reviewed multiple property violation cases, admitted evidence, entered findings of violation in several matters with administrative fees and daily fines, continued or held in abeyance enforcement in other matters, and issued an order of compliance for one property. Several matters were continued for further permitting or status review.
