At a reconvened session, county counsel reported the Board of Supervisors had met in closed session, convened briefly as the In-Home Supportive Services public authority with no approvals, recorded a supervisor recusal, authorized county defense in Tobin v. City of Dunsmuir, and voted to remove the countys director of public works with an effective date of Nov. 20, 2025.
