The Princeton Zoning Board of Adjustment met electronically on Oct. 22, 2025. The board approved two routine resolutions, granted a D3 variance and conditional-use authorization for a 102‑bed drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility at 728 Bunn Drive (the former Princeton Care Center) with conditions on licensing, landscaping and a site-plan administrative review, continued a contested variance request for a covered rear porch at 164 Prospect Avenue to Nov. 12 after substantial neighbor concern about scale and floor‑area ratio, and approved a small front‑yard shed and related parking setback/garage conversion at Western Way. Public commenters raised concerns about security, buffering, smoke, noise and property values for the Bunn Drive and Prospect Avenue proposals.
