Lawrence City announced the reopening of its Lawrence Utility in-person payment lobby after a COVID-era closure. Staff said the lobby will be open Tuesdays through Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and will not accept cash; checks, credit cards and money orders will be accepted. Staff also reminded residents that a payment kiosk remains available at the Government Building drive-through at 9001 East 50 Ninth Street.
