Council reviewed seven proposed 2025 TIF (tax increment financing) ordinances, heard three public commenters who raised concerns about school revenue and timing, and unanimously approved a Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) grant application for shared-use paths. The council also waived a liquor-license hearing and approved minutes. The seven TIF ordinances were read together and left on second reading for further consideration.
