City Council of Guthrie approved a series of consent and contract items including a Meridian Technology Center interlocal to build a joint police/fire training facility, updated food-truck rules to conform with new state law and lower permit fees, approved two special-use permits (one controversial manufactured-home permit passed 4-2), and agreed a five-year water purchase contract with Langston University.
