The Hoover Planning and Zoning Board met Nov. 4 and approved several subdivision plats—including Everly Phase 4C—after residents raised concerns about tree removal and stormwater runoff. Staff and the developer said the area is shown as future common area, not immediate development, and engineers must meet stormwater requirements. The board also approved a rezoning for 900 Concourse Parkway to planned office; four cases were continued to Dec. 1.
