At a short special session, the Town of Southborough Board of Health voted to pursue a housing-court complaint over alleged heating and other housing-code violations at 88 Turnpike Road. Health department staff recommended filing a civil complaint after finding what they described as conditions that may endanger residents and said they had not seen good-faith repairs. The board moved, seconded and recorded votes in favor and adjourned within minutes.
