At its Nov. 3, 2025 meeting, the Stillwater City Council approved several land-use code changes, a specific-use permit for a dialysis clinic at 1525 Southwestern Road, advanced two ordinances to second reading, authorized a $110,000 professional services agreement to rewrite the Chapter 23 land development code, adopted election and bridge-inspection resolutions, and heard a federal advocacy report during the Stillwater Utilities Authority meeting.
