The Sheldon ISD board received its annual Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) presentation showing a 98/100 score, approved routine consent items including facility completion certifications and an agreement for sale of a 10-acre parcel, and debated requests for greater expenditure transparency in quarterly reports. Trustees also recognized teachers, students and staff for monthly awards and accepted a district wellness plan.
