The Brawley City Council met Nov. 4, 2025. The council received the citys fiscal year 202425 year-end general fund report and approved roughly $1 million in carryovers into FY 202526. The council also approved a revised employee dress code, a request by the Tyson Medical Foundation/Inferno for a family night with alcohol sales and a road closure, a memorandum of understanding with the Brawley Elementary School District to expand the MLS SoCal youth soccer program, and a budget adjustment to add one full-time and one limited-term firefighter. Council convened and returned from closed session; the city attorney reported authorization for the city manager to accept a contractor release and pay amounts due.
