The Village of Oswego board opened with proclamations honoring local citizens Sergio and Anna Uribe and Veterans Day, heard a detailed police presentation proposing an e-bike/e-scooter ordinance (age limits, helmet and enforcement rules, parental liability and fines) and approved the Polo Crossing annexation, rezoning and preliminary PUD after developer presentations and questions about housing mix, setbacks, school impacts and road improvements.
