Mayor Corey Mason called the Nov. 4 meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
The Racine Common Council met Nov. 4, 2025. The council opened with proclamations for Veterans Day, Small Business Saturday and Native American and Alaska Native Heritage Month, heard four public commenters (noise complaints, calls to fund violence-prevention and a retiree-benefits pitch), received a presentation from Jeff Neubauer of Align Wisconsin on long-running unemployment gaps and workforce strategies, referred multiple communications to committees, and unanimously adopted Ordinance 0012-25 addressing spectating at illegal traffic events (13-0).
