A Rock Springs City Council member who serves as liaison to the Urban Renewal Agency reported two small façade grants awarded to local businesses, noted the URA has granted more than $300,000 over the past 20 years, and offered community updates including holiday event winners and praise for nuisance enforcement efforts.
