A special meeting of the Baldwin Park City Council on Wednesday, November 5, opened for public communications. Two members of the public urged the council to pursue greater accountability for alleged wrongful convictions and broader claims of local political corruption. After public comment the council closed public communications and announced it would move into closed session.
