Community High School District 128 held a Nov. 3 special board meeting to seat new board member Julie Simpson, followed by program & personnel and facilities & finance committee meetings covering public comments on locker-room policy, student-handbook updates, an educational tour, course proposals, a proposed security audit, a $50,000 matching maintenance grant, disposal of minor equipment, and a recommended 3.9% tax levy.
