Board Chair called the Nov. 5, 2025 regular meeting of the Whitestown Fire Board to order at 6:00 p.m.
The Town of Whitestown Fire Board met Nov. 5, 2025, to hold ceremonial badge pinnings for two newly promoted chief officers and to receive routine operations updates including a build-operate-transfer (BOT) request-for-proposals update, inspection and training statistics, EMS billing totals and equipment-repair status. The chief said the BOT committee is under nondisclosure agreements and expects to present a recommendation to the Town Council in December; no formal board action was taken on the station project. Board members asked about truck repairs and reserve apparatus; the chief said the department is "down to no reserves" and is pursuing repairs and replacement quotes.
