The Park and Recreation District meeting called for Oct. 5 convened but was immediately adjourned after staff determined no quorum was present. During roll call staff named Commissioners Buruman, Fraser, Goldinger, Kelsey, Klein, Vice Chair Gutierrez and Chair Ozz. With insufficient members present, the meeting host said the commission could not conduct business and adjourned to the next regularly scheduled meeting on Jan. 7, 2026.
