The Goodyear Planning and Zoning Commission met Nov. 5, 2025, and voted to recommend conditional approval of a use permit for a Walmart convenience store with a fuel station to be sited in the Walmart Supercenter parking lot; the recommendation will go to the City Council on Nov. 17. Commissioners also approved minutes, excused an absent member, and heard staff updates about future traffic and zoning briefings.
