County Counsel reported that the Orange County Board of Supervisors returned from closed session and unanimously approved multiple settlements, ratified a settlement extension tied to shelter conditions with continued federal-court jurisdiction, authorized a multi-million dollar easement payment for the Prado Dam flood-control project, and approved several pre-litigation claim settlements before adjourning.
